Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor logistics and dispatch activities
Maintain accurate operational and shipment records
Prepare reports, invoices and documentation
Communicate with vendors, transporters and clients
Handle emails, follow-ups and operational coordination
Ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow
Requirements:
Solid English communication skills (written & verbal)
Positive computer knowledge, especially MS Excel & MS Office
Basic understanding of logistics/operations preferred
Good coordination and multitasking abilities
Graduate only
Fresher or Experience
