Job Description
Lead the talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple asset classes and business functions.
Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements and drive strategic hiring plans.
Go and network with senior stakeholders from the industry.
Build and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent for critical and leadership roles.
Oversee candidate sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines and market maps to meet current and future hiring needs.
Leverage recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and hiring metrics to improve efficiency,



quality and decision-making.
Manage external search partners and ensure all hiring activities comply with organizational policies, governance standards and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant
Comes with proven Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a multi-asset asset management organisation.
Demonstrates a robust track record of hiring across diverse asset classes and functions
Has experience partnering with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent strategy, employer branding and critical leadership hiring initiatives.
Possesses strong stakeholder management, talent mapping and recruitment analytics capabilities, with the ability to build scalable talent pipelines in a fast-growth workplace.
