Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.




Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support the recruitment process by maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring progress.
Onboarding & HR Operations
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in the HRMS.
Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Support internal communication and employee wellness programs.
Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
