Job Description

Manage end-to-end elevator installation projects from site readiness to commissioning and handover.

n

Plan and supervise lift installation activities as per project timelines.

n

Manage installation teams, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.

n

Coordinate with customers, builders, consultants, and site teams.

n

Ensure proper installation of elevator components including rails, machines, doors, cabins, electrical systems, and control panels.

n

Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, and installation quality.

n

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements at sites.

n

Troubleshoot installation and technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution.

n

Conduct testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final handover.

n

Prepare project reports, installation progress updates, and MIS.

n

Ensure projects are completed within agreed time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
