Working Days: Monday- Saturday (Saturdays-WFH)

Job Overview & Responsibilities:

n

Take full ownership of conducting engaging sessions and workshops across schools to drive awareness and interest.
n
Represent with confidence and professionalism at school fairs, career festivals, and outreach events.
n
Develop a deep understanding of the offerings to effectively communicate value to students, parents, and educators.
n
Contribute to the planning and execution of brand-building initiatives such as High School Startup League, AI Hackathon, Startup Weekend, and Winter Week.
n
Strategy & Conversion: Support top-of-funnel growth by creating and executing conversion strategies,



including outreach to students and parents through calls or messages.
n
Collaboration & Ownership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of K12 initiatives.
n

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Fresh graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., DU, DTU, or equivalent) with strong academic and extracurricular credentials.
n
Experience: Prior involvement in college clubs, committees, Toastmasters, or event management preferred.
n

High energy, proactive, and takes complete ownership of outcomes.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback.

Proficiency in Excel and robust familiarity with using ChatGPT or AI tools effectively for daily tasks.
