You will be the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your main goal is to convert inbound leads, conduct educational counseling sessions, and enroll learners into our premium online courses.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Call prospective learners or parents who have registered interest on our platform.
Admission Counseling: Understand the learner's needs, explain course advantages, and recommend the right program.
Sales Closure: Handle objections, guide prospects through the enrollment process, and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain a robust pipeline and follow up regularly with warm prospects.
CRM Management: Log daily activities, call notes, and lead statuses accurately in the CRM system.





Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 1 year of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, online education, or inside sales. Freshers can also apply
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (multi-lingual is a plus).
Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building abilities
Mindset: Highly motivated by targets, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
