Telecalling Executive – Automobile Service

Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to contact customers for car service reminders, schedule service appointments, explain service offers, and follow up for customer feedback. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:
12th Pass/Graduate
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Book and confirm service appointments
Promote service packages and offers
Maintain customer records
Follow up on customer satisfaction

Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Automobile Service Center/Dealership
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
