Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern (Unpaid) will support the marketing team in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators. This full-time, on-site role is based in North Delhi and involves daily tasks such as identifying relevant influencers, drafting outreach messages, and coordinating product seeding campaigns. The intern will help track collaborations, monitor social media content, and compile performance reports.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with campaign brainstorming, organizing content assets, and supporting event or shoot logistics as needed.



The role offers practical experience in influencer marketing, brand communication, and social media strategy within the skincare industry.

Qualifications
Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital content, with the ability to research and identify suitable influencers and creators.
Robust written and verbal communication skills for skilled outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with influencers and internal teams.
Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels, including engagement metrics and content formats.
Organizational skills to manage lists, track campaigns, maintain schedules, and document deliverables accurately.
Comfort working on-site full time in North Delhi, with a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate in a small, quick-paced team.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset, with enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or public relations is an advantage but not mandatory.
