Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Placement Officer to maximize truck procurement at the most competitive freight rates.
Build and expand a solid network of booking offices to drive consistent indent procurement.
Manage customer collections and resolve issues related to final freight settlements in a timely manner.
Ensure seamless operations through effective cross-functional collaboration with central operations teams.
Oversee timely collection and processing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Monitor vehicle movement and ensure proactive tracking for operational efficiency.
Strengthen supply availability by building, maintaining, and actively engaging a robust network of transport partners.
