About the Role

nWe're looking for a curious and driven HRBP Management Trainee to kickstart their HR journey. You'll work closely with business teams and HR leaders, gaining hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee experience, and core HR operations.

nWhat You'll Do

Drive recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
n
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and close roles efficiently
n
Support onboarding and create a outstanding first-day experience for new hires
n
Maintain HR data and trackers, and generate basic insights
n
Contribute to engagement initiatives and HR projects
n
Act as a go-to support for day-to-day employee queries
n

nWhat We're Looking For

MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Interest in recruitment and people-centric roles
n
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
n
Working knowledge of MS Office
