Role

nSupport the Founder's Office on marketing, brand and communications across a rapid-growing defence electronics company. You'll work directly with the strategy team and get visibility into how a deep-tech defence firm positions itself with customers, government, industry bodies and investors.

nWhat you'll do

Own social media end to end — building the content calendar, drafting and scheduling posts, and coordinating with external agencies or freelancers where execution is outsourced
n
Build collateral: product one-pagers, brochures, capability decks, event material
n
Support defence expos, conferences and industry events — pre-event promotion, on-ground coverage, follow-ups
n
Maintain brand consistency across all outbound material; manage the marketing asset library
n
Track competitor and industry messaging; flag trends worth responding to
n
Assist with press notes, award submissions,



speaker profiles and website content
n
Basic reporting on reach, engagement and pipeline contribution
n

nWhat we're looking for

n

n
MBA candidate (Marketing / Strategy preferred), based in or able to relocate to Hyderabad
n
Robust writing instincts — able to make technical subject matter readable
n
Comfortable with Canva/design tools and social scheduling platforms
n
Genuine interest in defence, aerospace or deep tech; curiosity matters more than prior domain knowledge
n
Ability to handle confidential material with discretion (defence-sector norms apply)
