Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.

n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with design and execution teams, and ensuring project quality and compliance throughout all stages of construction.

Responsibilities

n

n
Create accurate plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
n
Work on architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and GFC detail drawings.
n
Lead a design/execution team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
n




Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
n
Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, schedules, and budgets.
n
Provide technical input and design recommendations throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
n
2–6 years of experience in architecture or construction (Skilled freshers may also apply).
n
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render (Revit or Lumion knowledge is a plus).
n
Solid organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
n
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
