Gannet Engineers is an HVAC & MEP contracting company engaged in the execution of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and other building projects.

We are looking for a hands-on HVAC Site Engineer who can take ownership of HVAC site execution, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Role Description
HVAC site execution & installation
Ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, VRF/VRV, Chiller Plant Room & ventilation
Read drawings & coordinate MEP activities
Manage manpower & subcontractors
Material planning & site measurements
Testing, commissioning & quality control
Daily progress reporting & client/consultant coordination
Ensure site safety and timely completion

Qualifications




Robust foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical HVAC knowledge for building systems.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency best practices.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in office in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
Prior experience in HVAC projects for commercial, residential, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
