nAbout the role:

nWe are looking for an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure.

nThe candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with good knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.

nThe role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony workplace.

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Cisco Unity Connection

Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC)

Voice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management
