Company Description Assistencia Labs Private Limited builds AI-enabled utility software that helps small and medium businesses run their operations more efficiently. Its flagship product, KineticFlow, supports physiotherapists and allied health practitioners worldwide with voice-driven clinical documentation, AI-assisted treatment planning, patient engagement, and practice management in a single platform.

We’re building KineticFlow, an AI-enabled platform for physiotherapists and clinics. We’re looking for someone to help us acquire and support our first set of clinic customers.

What you’ll do
Identify relevant physiotherapy clinics
Reach out to clinic owners and decision-makers
Demo KineticFlow and close customers
Help new clinics get started and actively use the product
Regularly speak with customers and capture feedback
Work with our product team to resolve issues and improve the experience

What we’re looking for

Strong communication, confidence speaking with recent people, and persistence with follow-ups. Prior sales or healthcare experience is practical but not mandatory.

Compensation: Fixed monthly pay + sales incentives.
