We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Insurance, Agency Channel, and experience in recruiting and managing teams of financial advisors/agents.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Lead and manage a team of financial advisors/agents to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify current business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch recent products and services.




Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in General Insurance or related fields is required.
Strong knowledge of Agency Channel and its operations is essential.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines is crucial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to drive business growth.
