Candidate Specification – 15 to 18 years of BPO experience

Job Description
15–18 years of overall BPO/Shared Services experience with strong Finance & Accounting exposure.

10–13+ years of F&A; experience, preferably across OTC, PTP, and RTR processes.

Solid experience in end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations management.

Valuable knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP and US GAAP.

Experience managing SLA, KPI, productivity, quality, TAT, DSO, DPO, and ageing metrics.

Strong client management, governance, escalation handling, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven people leadership experience with responsibility for large teams and performance management.

Experience driving process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, automation, RPA, and AI initiatives.

Valuable understanding of Generative AI/Agentic AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

Strong P&L; ownership, reporting, presentation, communication, and willingness to work in night shifts.
