Role Description The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up conversations with hiring managers. This full-time, in office role is based in the Greater Jaipur Area and requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs. The Recruiter will maintain job postings, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.





Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, using recruitment tools or platforms, participating in employer branding activities, and supporting onboarding coordination for new hires.

Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.
Understanding of basic HR and recruitment best practices, including fair and inclusive hiring standards.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred; experience in the technology or development sector is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
