Design & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across regions.

Set & track short-term and long-term sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
n
Drive market expansion, identify new opportunities, and build solid customer relationships.
n
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to ensure long-term success.

Collaborate with doctors, hospitals, distributors, retailers, and government agencies.
n
Launch current products & strengthen brand positioning.

nWhat We're Looking For:

nExperience: 14–21 years in Generic Pharma / OTC/ Consumer Healthcare / Medical Devices industry.

nEducation: B.Sc./B.Com/B.Pharma/B.Tech/MBA

nSkills: Advanced IT & Excel, exposure to CRM/DMS/SFA, solid analytical & strategic planning skills.

nLeadership: Proven track record in handling teams of 10+ people across multiple regions.

nIndustry Exposure: Doctors, hospitals, retailing, tender business, and field sales capability.

nStrong experience in achieving large turnovers (₹1 Cr+).
