Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert real estate leads into successful sales.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct property/site visits and client meetings.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements
1–1.5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Own car is mandatory.
Candidates with robust site-visit and closing experience will be preferred.
