Role:
We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef to lead our kitchen and serve authentic Indian, Odia & multi-cuisine dishes. You will handle menu planning, food costing, hygiene, and lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.
Key Requirements:
Expertise in Indian, Tandoor, Curry & Buffet dishes
Knowledge of food safety & kitchen management
Ability to handle banquets & high-volume orders
Creative in recent menu development for festivals like Nuakhai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
