Role Description This is a part time, on-site role located in Kanke for Online Remote Work support at Knowledge Wave India. The role involves assisting learners with online tasks, guiding them through remote work platforms, and helping them understand project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching information, drafting and improving written content, and answering questions in a clear and skilled manner.

The role also includes supporting training sessions, documenting processes, and collaborating with team members to improve learning materials and resources.



The position requires consistent attendance on-site in Kanke and adherence to organizational guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications
Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with learners and team members.
Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to interpret information and provide accurate guidance.
Proficient Writing skills for preparing, editing, and clarifying online content and instructional materials.
Training experience or aptitude to support, guide, and coach learners in using online tools and remote work practices.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms and productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, manage part time schedules, and maintain attention to detail.
Prior experience in education, coaching, customer support, or related fields is beneficial.
Minimum educational qualification at the higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage.
