Program Lead – Recent Automotive Industry InitiativeWe are looking for a robust Program Lead to work directly with senior leadership on the execution of a new national-level initiative in the automobile retail industry.

The initiative is moving from validation into a structured 90-day pilot involving technology, dealerships, employees and external partners.

This is a hands-on execution role. The person will be responsible for ensuring multiple workstreams move together, deadlines are met, dependencies are resolved and the pilot delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall pilot plan, milestones and weekly execution
Coordinate product and technology development with internal and external teams
Drive dealer onboarding and implementation
Coordinate employee enrolment, activation and engagement
Manage execution with external partners and service providers
Track key metrics, budgets, timelines and deliverables
Identify blockers early and drive them to closure
Maintain a transparent weekly management dashboard




Work directly with senior leadership on decisions and priorities

Who We Are Looking For
5–10 years of experience in program management, implementation, business operations, special projects or similar execution-heavy roles
Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent coordination, problem-solving and follow-through
Comfortable working with technology teams, senior business stakeholders and external partners
Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting and presentation skills
Experience in SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, mobility, automotive or a high-growth startup is useful but not mandatory
Willing to work in office in Jaipur and travel when required
