Execution Planning:
Responsible for implementation and execution of procurement strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
Supplier Management:
Identify, evaluate, and establish robust relationships with local suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost agreements.
Cost Management:
Drive cost-effective procurement by negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and identifying prospects for cost savings without compromising quality.
Inventory Control:
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring raw materials are available to meet production schedules while minimizing excess stock.
Quality Assurance:




Ensure all procured materials meet regulatory standards (GMP, ISO, etc.) and company-specific quality requirements. Address non-conformance issues promptly.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead the negotiation of procurement contracts, including terms and conditions, payment terms, and risk management clauses.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D;, production, quality control, and finance teams to understand material requirements and ensure alignment with operational needs.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies. Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management
