Role Description The Sales Attendant role at GCMMF-Amul is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Sales

Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting Amul products. Daily tasks include managing product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, checking product freshness, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales area. The role involves processing sales transactions accurately, handling cash or digital payments, and issuing receipts.





The Sales

Attendant also supports basic inventory checks, reports low stock levels, and follows company guidelines for customer service and store operations.

Qualifications
Ability to provide courteous customer service, communicate clearly, and assist diverse customers in a professional manner.
Basic sales and retail skills, including handling transactions, managing product displays, and supporting promotional activities.
Attention to detail for checking product quality, maintaining store cleanliness, and following operational procedures.
Reliability in following schedules, adhering to company policies, and working effectively in a team workplace.
Basic numerical skills for billing, cash handling, and reconciling daily sales.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
Minimum high school education or equivalent; local language proficiency and basic English communication are beneficial.
