Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time in office in Kochi, focusing on promoting Lexfins 360’s corporate services and acquiring recent clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, preparing promotional materials, and supporting campaigns that highlight legal, compliance, accounting, finance, IPO, and funding services.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings,



provide accurate information to clients, and deliver training or product walkthroughs where needed. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback will be required to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and handle inquiries effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and meet revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver client education sessions, presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.
Relevant experience in corporate services, legal, compliance, accounting, finance, or consulting is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple client accounts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
