Lanstitut is expanding across India with a focus on building robust regional sales ecosystems. The Sales Head – North will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company’s presence in the region through structured sales systems, robust team leadership, and consistent revenue growth.
This role requires a leader who can build and manage high-performance sales teams, drive student admissions, and develop regional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Revenue Ownership
Drive monthly and quarterly regional revenue targets.
Build a structured sales funnel from lead generation to student admissions.
Ensure solid conversion rates across counselling and enrollment stages.
Sales Team Leadership
Recruit and manage Business Development Executives, Senior BDEs, and Team Leads.
Conduct regular sales training on pitch, follow-up strategy, and closing frameworks.
Implement performance tracking through KPIs and dashboards.
Market Development
Expand Lanstitut’s presence across universities, education consultants, and referral partners.
Build strong networks with student communities and career guidance channels.
Identify new market opportunities within Telangana.
Sales Operations & Systems
Implement CRM-driven lead management and follow-up systems.
Standardize sales scripts, call frameworks, and reporting structures.
Monitor lead utilization and ensure effective conversion strategies.
Requirements
3+ years experience in sales leadership or regional sales management.
Experience in education, EdTech, or overseas career consulting preferred.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and CRM tools.
