nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Intern to join our Mumbai team. The intern will support the sales team in lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups and conversions while gaining hands-on experience in sales and business development.

nKey Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls, online research and other sources.
n
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
n
Explain products/services and address basic customer queries.
n
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate lead status.
n
Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
n
Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
n
Coordinate with internal teams for lead processing and follow-ups.
n
Participate in sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.
n
Prepare basic daily/weekly sales reports.
n
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
n





nEligibility

Graduate or pursuing/completed graduation in any discipline.
n
Freshers are welcome to apply.
n
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Customer Support can apply.
n
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
n
Comfortable with calling and interacting with customers.
n
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
n
Should be comfortable working from the Mumbai location.
n
Candidates with a target-oriented and proactive approach will be preferred.
