Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, building robust customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of Savera Furniture. This full-time, in office role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves overseeing retail and institutional sales, guiding customers through product selections, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets,



preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The Sales

Manager will also analyze sales data, develop sales strategies, support promotional activities, and collaborate with marketing to generate leads. Regular interaction with clients, interior designers, and corporate partners is expected to identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software
Solid understanding of furniture, interior design trends, or home and office décor (preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in retail or B2B sales; prior experience in furniture or related industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and handle high-footfall environments
