Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bhavnagar.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present product or service offerings, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, maintaining solid customer relationships, and providing timely follow-up and support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with business goals,



tracking sales performance, and preparing reports.

The Sales

Specialist will support training and knowledge-sharing within the team to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships
Sales skills for prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
Training skills to support onboarding and capability building within the sales team
Sales Management skills to monitor performance and contribute to sales planning
Ability to work on-site in Bhavnagar and travel locally as needed
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software
Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role preferred
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
