Role Description The Sales Support Coordinator is a full time, in office role based in Chikhli. This position supports the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate customer and order records. The coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, assist in resolving issues, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments for order processing, tracking deliveries, updating databases and documentation, and supporting the sales team with presentations and follow-up communications. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail,



and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
Analytical Skills for preparing reports, tracking sales data, and identifying trends or issues.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with customers and internal teams.
Administrative Assistance experience, including data entry, documentation, and organizing sales-related information.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email tools) and familiarity with CRM or sales systems is beneficial.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work accurately under deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment.
Prior experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a related function in FMCG or snacks/beverages industry is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
