Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have robust leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.

n

Job Location: Gurgaon (work from office)

Role & responsibilities

n

n
Perform servicing activities in LIQ Rollovers, Advances, Paydowns, Past Dues, fees and others
n
New Loan Onboarding, renewals and rebooking when needed
n
Setup and update the repayment schedules in LIQ
n
Review Credit agreement and other loan related documents
n
Setup Pricing Index & Rules, Guarantor, Facility, type of facility, CRA info, Repayment, maturity etc
n
Assist Agency teams with any primary and secondary closings
n
Maintain spreadsheets with Loan Trade information from initiation to Settlement
n
Book the trade and process fees in Loan IQ
n
Process invoices for Broker and Clearpar
n




Reconcile cash payments: open cash items vs expected payments
n
Review and correct as necessary Settlement Standard Instructions
n
Track Past Due payments, clean up unpaid and prepare reports per requirement
n
Ensure compliance with the Banks data governance policies, standards and operational procedures
n
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
n
Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure
n

Preferred candidate profile

n

n
Min 4-8years experience in Lending Services
n
Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle with excellent understanding of Loan Agreements and other loan documents
n
Excellent knowledge of Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS.
n
Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
n
Valuable understanding of Project Management principles
n
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
