ONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.

Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK
n Role: Sales Specialist
n Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement

n

n
Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups
n
Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations
n
Identify recent business opportunities and convert qualified leads
n

n
Sales Target Achievement

n

n
Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
n
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
n

n
Conferences & Workshops

n

n
Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops
n
Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers
n
Generate leads and actively convert event prospects into sales
n

n




Sales-Driven Mindset

n

n
Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting
n
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops
n

Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage
