We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing immigration company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring talented professionals while ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
Coordinate offer letters,



documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain qualified communication.
Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
Support other HR activities such as employee engagement, attendance, and onboarding when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
