Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding service requirements and complaints.
Receive and handle customer calls related to service issues.
Understand customer complaints and record service requests accurately.
Coordinate with Service Engineers for customer visits and service calls.
Follow up with customers regarding scheduled service visits.
Take feedback from customers after completion of service.
Maintain records of service calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending and open service complaints.
Coordinate with the Service Coordinator/Team for proper complaint closure.
Escalate unresolved customer issues to the concerned senior/team member.
Maintain valuable customer relationships through skilled communication.
Prepare basic service-related reports and update call status.

Required Skills




Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
Positive listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in service calling/customer support/service coordination will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in tele calling, customer support, service coordination, or after-sales service will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
