* 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
* Minimum 12 years of experience in collections, loan recovery, or a related field is preferred.
* Positive communication and team management skills are required.
* Candidates should be comfortable handling customer follow-ups and collection targets.
* Basic computer and mobile knowledge is required.
* Candidates must have a laptop and a stable internet connection for the work-from-home role.
