Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a robust understanding of business processes, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into explicit functional specifications.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
Analyze business data and create meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
Identify process gaps, improvement prospects, and recommend effective solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and issue resolution.




Conduct presentations and effectively communicate business requirements and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements.
Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
Hands-on technical exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI.
Solid requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience
Experience working on technology-driven projects or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project documentation.
