About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales to manage and drive a large-scale sales team in Meerut. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling 200+ team members, driving business performance, and managing multiple levels of sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a 200+ member sales team through Team Leaders and frontline sales executives.
n
Drive revenue, sales targets, productivity, and conversion across the assigned business unit.
n
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
n
Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
n
Conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective action plans.
n
Coach and mentor Team Leaders to improve team productivity and performance.
n
Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development.
n




Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
n
Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and compliance standards.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
10+ years of overall experience in Sales /Field Sales / B2C Sales.
n
Proven experience managing a minimum team size of 200+ members.
n
Robust experience in handling multiple layers of sales teams.
n
Excellent leadership, people-management, and decision-making skills.
n
Robust understanding of sales metrics, productivity, conversion, and revenue management.
n
Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
n
Candidates with experience in BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, or other high-volume sales environments will be preferred.
n
Local market knowledge of Meerut will be an added advantage.
