Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Videographer-Editor at Gateway Realty Hub. The Videographer-Editor will plan, shoot, and edit video content that showcases properties, client stories, and brand initiatives for use on websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, capturing high-quality footage (including property tours and interviews), and editing videos with graphics, music, and voiceovers.

The role also involves organizing and maintaining video files, optimizing content for different platforms,



and contributing creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. The Videographer-Editor is expected to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications
Strong videography skills, including camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Experience creating digital content for social media, websites, and online marketing campaigns.
Ability to develop visual narratives that highlight property features, client experiences, and brand messaging.
Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills are preferred.
Robust attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Explicit written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.
Familiarity with real estate or property marketing is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
