We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee-related activities. This is a great prospect for someone looking to build practical experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate and employee records
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
Support daily HR administrative activities
Coordinate with employees and internal teams as required

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR, Business Administration or a related field
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive, organized and willing to learn

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
