Position: Sales Manager
Location: Bokaro, Jharkhand
CTC: ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / Any Sales Industry
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

What You’ll Drive
Generate recent business through field sales and market visits
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Identify new leads and convert prospects into customers
Achieve monthly sales and business targets
Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Develop the assigned market and identify new business opportunities

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with experience in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, Automobile, Pharma, Real Estate or other Field Sales industries can apply.

Solid communication, customer handling and target-oriented skills will be an advantage.
