Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
Handle inbound customer queries and complaints.
Explain product features, advantages, and pricing.
Follow up on warm or cold leads to build a sales pipeline.
Update customer details and call outcomes in the company CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.
