Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to generate and qualify B2C leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and timelines and present suitable solutions.
Convert qualified leads into customers/projects and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow the approved pricing policy while preparing and communicating pricing to customers.
Customer Engagement & Follow-up
Manage customer interactions and conduct timely follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule meetings/consultations with prospective customers and ensure effective coordination.
Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
Zoho CRM & Internal Coordination
Maintain accurate lead records, call updates, follow-ups, and meeting details in Zoho CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after conversion.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and reporting requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
