Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faulty CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other surveillance products.
Troubleshoot hardware and electronic circuit-related problems.
Identify defective components using appropriate testing equipment.
Perform component-level repair, replacement, soldering, and rework.
Check power supply, PCB, connectors, ICs, capacitors, resistors, and other electronic components.
Test repaired products to ensure proper functionality and quality.
Analyze returned/defective products and identify the root cause of failure.
Maintain proper records of repaired, rejected, and pending products.
Coordinate with the Quality, R&D;, Production, and Service teams for technical issues.
Follow standard repair procedures and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
Ensure repaired products meet defined quality and performance standards.
Support the team in reducing product rejection and improving repair efficiency.
