The Grand Sona, Deoghar is looking for an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to join our F&B; team.

Position: Bar Manager
Department: F&B; Service
Location: The Grand Sona, Deoghar, Jharkhand

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Bar Operations / Hotel Industry
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails & bar service
Solid knowledge of bar inventory and stock control
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
Ability to manage bar staff and daily operations
Knowledge of hygiene, safety & responsible alcohol service
Hotel / Hospitality experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and service standards




Control bar inventory, requisitions and stock
Ensure proper billing, KOT and beverage controls
Train and supervise bar staff
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction
