Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on visa eligibility, process & documentation.
Handle leads, follow-ups and client queries.
Convert inquiries into successful visa applications.
Maintain client records and coordinate with the filing team.
Stay updated with visa rules and requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in Immigration/Visa Counseling preferred.
Strong knowledge of Australia & Current Zealand visas.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented with solid conversion skills.
Candidates from Chandigarh & Mohali preferred.
