Calling Executive – E-commerce (COD & NDR)

We are hiring Calling Executives for our e-commerce business to handle NDR (failed delivery) calls and COD order confirmations. Easy customer calling job – no cold calling or sales. Training provided.

What You Will Do:
Call customers for NDR/failed delivery orders and coordinate re-delivery
Call customers to confirm COD orders and verify order details
Follow up with customers regarding delivery issues
Update call status (Confirmed, Reattempt, Cancelled, No Answer, etc.) in the system
Meet daily calling and NDR resolution targets

What We Need:
Can speak clearly in Hindi / English (basic level is fine)
Comfortable talking to customers over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Honest and reliable
No experience needed – we will train you
