We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate who has good knowledge of MS Excel, stock management, documentation, and B2B e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate daily stock records and coordinating stock movement between the office and godown.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily stock entries accurately.
Properly maintain and update stock-in, stock-out, and balance stock records.
Maintain records of stock movement from Office to Godown and Godown to Office.
Prepare proper reports for all stock transfers and movements.
Regularly reconcile physical stock with Excel records and identify discrepancies.
Manage and maintain e-commerce B2B orders and related activities.
Handle order-related documentation, invoices, challans, and other paperwork.
Maintain proper files, records, and office documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly stock and operational reports as required.
Coordinate with the office, godown,



and other team members for smooth stock operations.
Perform other Excel-related and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Knowledge of stock/inventory management.
Basic understanding of B2B e-commerce operations.
Valuable documentation and paperwork management skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and work with attention to detail.
Candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable handling large amounts of Excel data.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in inventory, stock management, e-commerce, or office administration will be preferred.
Candidates with strong practical Excel knowledge and valuable documentation skills are encouraged to apply.
