Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in content designing, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram advertising), and SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end digital campaigns while creating engaging visual and written content that drives brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Design engaging digital content (social media posts, banners, ad creatives, reels concepts) aligned with brand identity
Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to improve website visibility and organic traffic
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages
Manage social media platforms with consistent, high-quality content and campaigns
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Collaborate with internal teams to plan marketing campaigns and promotions




Generate leads and improve conversion rates through paid and organic channels
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
Proficiency in content designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
Basic knowledge of video editing (for reels/short content) is a plus
Strong creative thinking, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
