About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to join The Organic World. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Ensure proper shelf stocking, product display, and merchandising.
Monitor product availability and inform the Store Manager about stock replenishment needs.
Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging inventory.
Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products.
Support daily sales targets and store profitability.




Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, or FMCG retail setting.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills preferred.
